Ryder is a perioperative nurse and legal nurse consultant based in Boise, Idaho. With over six years of operating room experience in high-acuity surgical cases, he brings practical surgical insight and objective clinical analysis to legal teams.

Ryder has worked across multiple hospital systems with broad exposure to general, orthopedic, trauma, and neurosurgical procedures. That depth of experience allows him to help attorneys understand complex medical records in personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases.

Outside the OR, Ryder stays focused on sharpening his clinical and legal-process knowledge to keep his work precise and current. He holds a BSN and maintains CNOR certification to ensure his surgical perspective stays aligned with modern perioperative practice.

Off the clock, you’ll likely find him exploring Idaho’s backcountry— skiing fresh lines, casting for trout, or riding mountain trails.
