I help plaintiff medical malpractice attorneys evaluate healthcare cases by identifying nursing standard-of-care issues, documentation gaps, and escalation breakdowns within the medical record.
Most matters begin with an early case consult. I review the record for documentation gaps, monitoring and escalation breakdowns, and potential nursing standard-of-care deviations. When appropriate, that work can expand into deeper case analysis and expert support. My work is structured to assist attorneys with case evaluation, expert selection, deposition preparation, and litigation strategy
My clinical background is perioperative-focused (CNOR-certified circulating RN) with active clinical practice in high-acuity hospital environments. That experience is especially useful when evaluating cases involving surgical care, inpatient deterioration, monitoring failures, and breakdowns in escalation or communication.
How I Help
Early case screening and preliminary record review (“Is this case worth pursuing?”)
Medical record chronologies and event timelines
Nursing standard-of-care and documentation analysis
Monitoring, escalation, and communication breakdowns
If you have a case you want screened, send the key records and your case questions.
