Ryder is a seasoned perioperative nurse and legal nurse consultant based in Boise, Idaho. With over six years of operating room experience—primarily in high-acuity surgical cases—he brings precision, efficiency, and real-world insight into the legal arena.

Ryder has worked across multiple hospital systems, gaining broad exposure to general, orthopedic, trauma, and neurosurgical procedures. That depth makes him an asset to attorneys navigating complex medical litigation, whether it’s personal injury, medical malpractice, or wrongful death.

He launched Precision Legal Nurse Consulting to bridge the gap between medicine and law with accuracy, integrity, and discretion. He currently supports plaintiff and defense attorneys nationwide by reviewing medical records, preparing expert-structured chronologies, and offering clinical clarity that informs case strategy.

Outside the OR, Ryder is a strategic thinker who treats LNC work like a craft, always studying, improving, and sharpening the blade. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is currently pursuing a CNOR certification to further refine his perioperative credibility.
